We hope you love your purchase, but also understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If you are not happy with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges within 30 days, excluding fresh flowers. All items must be returned in original condition. However, if your item is damaged, please let us know right away via email at email@example.com and we will make it right. For one-of-a-kind and vintage items, we will credit the cost-of-the item to you.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused and in the condition they were received. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s). Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return for it to be processed.
